Express Lane Service Advisor

Salary Range: $40,000-$50,000

Production Bonuses

Monday- Friday 7:30 am- 5 pm

No Nights! No Weekends!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the lane
• Creating service orders
• Communication with the technicians and customers on services
• Review invoices
• Fielding service department phone calls
• Booking service appointments based on a maintenance schedule
• Documenting and updating customer records

Qualifications:

• Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work well as part of the team or independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Computer proficiency; able to navigate web-based scheduling software

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
